I’m one of those business owners who has kids. That scenario presents a whole set of challenges never addressed in Bschool, and I was loosing my mind trying to keep everything going.
Best accident I ever had was stumbling across a website called carpoolcapitalists.com. It’s run by three women who have grown kids and ran successful businesses from their homes forever. It’s full of practical suggestions, and monthly support–better than most magazines because they cut through all the pretty (and pretty unrealistic) theory and help you deal with reality. A great resource!
