eBay Scam Artist Escapes
A WOMAN accused of running an international eBay scam has escaped prosecution.
Evelyn Noble, 22, faced more than 80 counts of fraud but police have now returned luxury goods seized during the two-year probe.
They include £18,000 worth of Versace and Louis Vuitton clothing, Versace dinner sets and bottles of £125 Cristal Champagne.
Noble was accused of selling non-existent mobiles to people across the world for up to £250 each on the online auction site. But despite a flood of complaints from her alleged victims, she is not being taken to trial.

This woman has subsequently committed more eBay fraud and the Procurator Fiscal has been dillying again as to whether to prosecute or not, despite clear evidence of a sham. Last time the Nobles got off by saying items disappeared in the post, but they cannot make the same claims this time – they gave the same Recorded Delivery number to everyone, which is proof enough of a scam.
