Mercedes-Benz And eBay Announce Marketing Partnership
To kick things off this morning, Mercedes-Benz has announced that in an apparent effort to boost their credibility with internet users, the luxury automaker will be partnering with both eBay.de (eBay’s German website) as well as another eBay company, Mobile.de, to promote the recently updated Mercedes E-Class.
Beginning today, both websites will feature special web content pertaining to the new E-Class, including an all-new online presentation developed directly for Mobile.de. Furthermore, a limited edition E-Class is being placed up for auction on eBay from May 24 to June 3 in celebration of the new partnership, with proceeds of the sale being donated to the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation in Germany.
