Squidoo:

Information products aren’t limited to eBooks. You can create a membership site where people pay for access to information. I’ve built entire libraries for clients with hundreds of articles. This is great for those of you who want to sell affiliate products because you can hyperlink each article and drive traffic to your affiliate link.

Other clients have created information products using DVDs or audio. I highly suggest that if you go this route, you hire professionals to help you create the product. These kinds of products generally sell for far more than an eBook, so people expect professional quality - not a homemade camcorder DVD with your two-year old screaming in the background.

Your first step in becoming an information entrepreneur is to find a subject you want to become an expert in. Of course, if you hire someone like me to create the products for you, then you don’t really have to become an expert at it - I’ll make you one. And the wonderful thing about Internet marketing is that you can always go by a pseudonym if you don’t want your real name associated with the content.

Go to Clickbank.com and see what’s selling there. Go to Google and Overture and test keywords to see the expected traffic for each one. Write down your general subject matter - such as eBay, and then make a list of all of the niche ideas you can think of to create info products under that main topic - such as “How to Make a Fortune on eBay Using Dropshippers and Wholesale Distributors” or “Quick eBay Cash for Full-Time Moms.” Anything targeted to a specific group or idea.

Yes, make your lens (or 10 of them), get it listed in the Squidoo Top 100 and then make 67 cents direct to your Paypal account for the months effort.
