eBay CEO Meg Whitman and North American President Bill Cobb spoke at the eBay Live conference last week in Las Vegas. ChannelAdvisor CEO Scot Wingo shares his thoughts on the significance of the announcements coming out of the keynote addresses, including the vow to enforce eBay’s excessive shipping policy.
In general, attendees were positive about the news on chargebacks, negative about the rollback of Stores in Search, and ho-hum on Skype-eBay integration, Wingo said.
