Andrew Baron and his video business RocketBoom have been the talk of the blogosphere recently. In this post, he shares the lesson’s he learned running RocketBoom:
- Always work with people who are better than you.
- Treat everyone with the highest regards and pay the people who work for you greater than their value.
- Do everything right and fair.
- Learn to love consequence and happenstance.
- Be transparent.
- Create a comfortable environment.
- Listen to your audience, friends and advisors.

- Stay in control by giving control away.

Be transparent.
I guess this one of the things that people around you could emulate as well as admire. Too much hiding could cause people to doubt your integrity.

So, does this mean he now going to do these things since things didn’t work out too well the other way??
Good advice for us all, but dosn’t look to me like he’s pulled it off personally.
