Creating Passionate Users:

I’m so tired of seeing so many products with the same features that nobody wants. It’s bad enough to let feature requests from users get out of control, but when we start adding features just because our competitors have them, we’re all screwed.

Kathy Sierra’s post that talks about too many features, right?

In this case, I do think she’s right. We need to differentiate our services and/or products and make sure that we deliver what we say we will. Features could be too overwhelming that they end up not being used much.
