PayPal Tries To Help War On Terror
Though PayPal is the de facto on-line payment system of choice (or perhaps of force), it doesn’t necessarily make them nice. There have been those horror stories of individuals being banned from PayPal just because someone they bought or sold from was less than honest. Now, add one more line to that laundry list of complaints.A British gent by the name of Mohammed Hassan has just had his PayPal account frozen, and pending cancellation, just because his name is similar to that of someone on the US governments anti-terror assets freezing list. Huh, you say?Well, quite simply, the good old US government has a list of suspected terrorists.
