CBCNews:

After Nicholas Collishaw finishes his homework, he’s up late whipping up wonders for chocolate lovers in Cape Breton.

Collishaw started making sweets to raise money for a school trip about a year ago, but it quickly turned into a profitable business.

There’s usually a steady stream of customers at his booth at the flea market in Sydney, and he brings in hundreds of dollars every week.

Collishaw even has a catchy name for his homemade delectables.

“There’s one type of chocolate that we use and it’s called Chocolicious, so I took away the chocolate and put Nicholicious,” he said.

The young chocolatier is already thinking ahead, with plans to expand into cotton candy.
