Shawneeâs Historic Masonic Building Pops Up On Web Auction Site
You can find almost anything on eBay â including a large building in Downtown Shawnee.
The Masonic Building, the pride of downtown before the Aldridge was renovated right across 9th Street, is listed on the internet marketplace under real estate – commercial.
As of Tuesday afternoon, one bid had been recorded. It was for four million dollars and came from someone who wanted their identification kept private.
âWe have had over 1,000 hits on the site on eBay and 10 people have it
marked to watch,â? said Rachael Monroe, property manager for the Shawnee office of Intervest Development, the buildingâs owner.
