Business Opportunities Weblog readers are a smart bunch. Nearly every day, I get at least one email from someone who’s recently been inspired to start a new business. I just received a message from a reader in Hawaii who found a way to profit off of and help the victims of the 2006 Hawaiian earthquake at the same time.
He wrote:
I’ve been an almost daily vistor to your site for more than a year now and I think it’s awesome. I am always interested in new business ideas. I am a lifelong resident of Hawaii and a survivor of the Hawaii earthquake. I thought I could help some of the people affected by the recent events by raising money through my t-shirts I designed. A percentage of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross in Hawaii.
