More Crack Downs on Bad eBay Sellers
Police have charged two women with stealing more than $40,000 worth of merchandise from local stores and selling it on eBay, the online auction site.
Crystal Mackin, 23, of Griswold, and Pamela J. Murphy, 40, of Lisbon, were each charged Thursday with first-degree larceny and first-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.
Police said the stolen merchandise ranged from Vera Bradley handbags, Jessica Simpson body frosting, Yankee Candle and Wexler skin-care products to clothing, wallets and bags from the Disney Store and Wal-Mart, to Williams-Sonoma kitchen accessories, Bath and Body Works products, candles, air fresheners, dolls and stuffed animals.

There is more then 60% of all eBay items especially in electronics are grey or black market goods.
They have to be!! You can not sell an item for $600 that cost $585 after paying eBay fees of $12-$26 for listing and 3% of the total sale to PayPal
These deals are not possible, I’ve been in the biz for over 25yrs and know the costs of most goods in my field, unless it is used DON’T BUY IT you are supporting criminal activities and organizations
Due to eBay policies many legit sellers have lost their accounts to eBay’s 3% negative feed-back minimum and zealous customers (the ones no one can make happy), leaving a massive hole open for unscrupulous discount sellers with borrowed I.D’s or shaded sites out of Asia, Russia, Middle East states and Africa
