Avon Cosmetics (M) Sdn Bhd will rely on its quality and value-for-money products and “women power” to stay ahead of competition in the market, says Avon Malaysia’s president Mansoor Wan Abdullah.

“Competition is everywhere and the only way to succeed depends on how you make yourself stronger and different from the rest. In Avon, that difference is our kuasa wanita (women power).

“As a responsible company, we have to beat our own strength. We have to ensure our products are good value for money, with good features and benefits,” he said.

Mansoor said Avon Malaysia posted a 15% rose in sales from RM250 million in 2005 to RM287 million in 2006.
