Mother Expresses Her Art In Photography
Ann Latinovich is a stay-at-home-mom. She also works a 40-hour week as a self-employed portrait photographer.
Combining the two roles is a challenge, but one the mother of three meets with enthusiasm and a sense of humor.“I don’t get too much sleep,” she said. “But I love what I do.”
Her job as a fine-arts photographer takes her many places. She makes house calls, and she also shoots at locations chosen by her clients.
Latinovich uses a digital camera; there’s not a darkroom anywhere near her home office.
“It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that photography became my medium of choice,” she said. “How better to capture those priceless moments?”
She added that in taking pictures of children, she was doing what she loved most.
“This was creating something priceless to share with family and friends, and combining my passion for fine art.”
