1. First of all you need to invent a 25 hour day. Setting a schedule and really trying to stick to it is going to be very important. You can still be flexible and be able to adapt on a day to day basis, but if you do not get some work done everyday your income will fall.

3. Learn to delegate. Good managers do it at work and you will have to learn to do it when you work from home. Home businesses are great when you have business partners who can step in when you need a hand.
4. Do not burn out. You will soon find out you are not Super Women and you need to take a nap or read a book or have some me time. Even a few minutes everyday can go long way in keeping your batteries charged and ready to go again tomorrow.
In summary a work from home mom is a manager of her time, her career, and her family and she does that by working hard and working smart.

Hey, I would like to suggest that the writers have someone copy edit their articles before posting them. This one is riddled with grammatical errors and weird syntax. In addition, I feel it’s a very poor definition of a working-at-home mom.
