eBay Seller in Trouble With American Airlines

American Airlines has filed suit against an unknown person who uses that screen name and hawked a pilot training CD on eBay this month.
According to the suit, filed in State District Court in Fort Worth, the CD is included with training materials American provides to pilots.
Pilots are barred from distributing them outside the company. eBay halted the auction at American’s request, but AA is worried the item might pop up again. So American asked the court for an injunction prohibiting the CD’s sale. The airline also wants blz0rt to pay its attorneys fees.
