Recently, we told you about the opportunity to buy your own band on eBay. Well, if that’s not your thing, how about buying a business on eBay instead? Or selling the one you have?
Though eBay is best known for the selling of consumer goods, like clothing or concert tickets, entrepreneurs are flocking to the site, saying it makes transactions faster and simpler.
Recently, 10 internet companies have sought buyers through eBay, including SynapseLife, an online calendar and organizational site that sold for $60,000. If you’re looking to sell your business, keep in mind that not all potential buyers are comfortable making a deal through eBay.
But at least it gets your company’s name out there and if someone’s interested, they’ll most likely try to arrange a deal through other means.
