As a result of high demand, Syracuse University’s new entrepreneurship bootcamp for disabled veterans will be accepting applications for upcoming sessions on a rolling basis, organizers said.

“The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities,” which was launched by the university’s Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises program at the Whitman School of Management, offers disabled veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan a chance to learn small-business basics while networking with faculty and other participants.

The two-part program consists of an online self-study followed by a nine-day workshop at the school. Participation is free and includes travel, lodging, and meals.
