PORTLAND, Maine â€” Amatoâ€™s Italian sandwich shop has announced major company growth through an eight-store development-franchising agreement in Southern New Hampshire, and a three-store development agreement in Bangor, Maine.
In addition to the new locations, Amatoâ€™s will be opening an Amatoâ€™s Xpress unit in Fairfield, Maine, later this summer with ongoing plans to open more Xpress units along the I-95 corridor.
The new contracts will bring the number of Amatoâ€™s franchised units up to 26 in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Amatoâ€™s also has 12 company-owned units in Maine.
