BusinessMom.net For Sale On Ebay

When I got on to check my email this evening, I was a bit surprised by an email I had received. It was a short email from Bunmi Zalob. She is the current, although not for long, owner of BusinessMom.net. It was through her email to me that I found out that she’s put her website up for sale on ebay!

As you’ve probably noticed by now, I don’t usually write personal posts here. I usually find relevant news that I feel would interest WAHM’s and share their stories. Since their was no news for this, I decided to write my own announcement of this news for myself. After all, I’m sure we can all agree this is quite some news.

BusinessMom.net isn’t the only thing Bunmi is known for. She is also a freelance writer, a public speaker and she runs two other websites. One project she is in the middle of writing is going to be her first book, The Art of UnBusy for the Modern Mom.

If you’ve never heard of BusinessMom.net, then I’d have to say I am a little surprised. Although I’ve never been a member, I have heard a few things here and there about it. For instance, INC Magazine has called her website the MySpace for moms who own businesses. I wouldn’t doubt that one bit.

Whomever purchases this website from Bunmi is getting lucky. They won’t have to worry about stepping into something from the ground level. They’ll be able to step into the moderator shoes with it already being a success.

The image of Bunmi I used is from her profile at Entrepreneur.com. The auction and the information about BusinessMom.net can be found on Ebay.
