In Canada the Chambers of Commerce across the country offer affordable health insurance which provides Optical, Dental and Long term disability coverage as well as coverage for chiropractors, massage therapists and the like. Joining a large group offers the best benefit for small business that would need otherwise be able to afford such insurance.
