What is the Reverse Funnel System?

If you’ve spent much time online looking for a way to get rich quick, you’ve definitely stumbled across ads for Ty Coughlin’s Reverse Funnel System. I know I’ve run a couple them. I recently had an opportunity to speak with one of my contacts, Dr. M. about it.

What are people using the Reverse Funnel System actually selling?

It’s a full service, luxury travel membership, with unrestricted access to over 5,000 top resort destinations around the world, including Gold Crown timeshare resort properties, world famous Sheraton Resort properties, Marriott Resort Properties, and many other luxury resort destinations.

Here is the product page: http://www.reversefunnelsystem.com/overview.php

What is the Reverse Funnel System, and how’s it different from other programs?

I think that there is now a way to “get rich quick” working from home. This system is called the Reverse Funnel System. This system attracts many top income earners on the Internet. This is a really sophisticated Automated Marketing system that takes away the stress of running an online business. It is called the Reverse Funnel because your input is small but your output is huge.

The Reverse Funnel System has come up with a very effective way to sort prospects right from the beginning. This system truly separates the serious prospects from the tire kickers or those who are merely curious. You will only get the highest quality prospects while building a strong team as a result. There is an initial $50 income stream you receive from The Reverse Funnel System. There are also other multiple sources of income. Each sale that is made on your behalf puts $1000 in your pocket. For this reason people can be earning a large income very quickly and soon replace their j.o.b. income if they so desire. People on my team have quit their jobs to do this full time.

Here is the awesome compensation plan: http://www.payplan.us/

The Reverse Funnel System is very effective because it works for both the experienced marketer as well as people who are relatively new. If you can follow instructions you can potentially earn a lot of money.

The Reverse Funnel System comes with an extensive back office with full training, conference calls, as well as training and support from the up-line team. Our team provides everyone with prewritten ad copy, places to advertise, team co-ops and any other support they need. It’s definitely been noticed on the Internet, in just a short time, and I believe a good part of the reason is many people don’t like to cold call, prospect, or try and close sales. This automated system does that for us. It’s just a matter of advertising and driving targeted traffic to our web sites and as I already mentioned we get step by step training for that.

Here is a link to the system.

So, what’s the advantage of this program?

No restriction of how many people can join under you. Much higher commission compared to MLM or network marketing programs with cases of possibly up to $1000 for direct sales in a few weeks! Simple step by step guide of the program that includes excellent training resources and coaching with the provided advertising package.

Easy to learn and that means the downline you have can help you to earn more money at a faster pace. No cold calling or desperately trying to close deals as sales are generated purely from advertising. It can be done anywhere as long as you have a laptop or a PC.

If you want to make thousands of dollars per week, and watch FedEx coming to your house with a check every Friday, you are in the right place. Join my team now, and I will show you the way.

Thank you very much for speaking with me. I hope that my readers more fully understand what RFS is about.

Thank you, Dane.

The Reverse Funnel System is without a doubt one of the best systems for managing a marketing campaign that I have ever seen. The tracking is amazing and GRN’s compensation plan is the reason I am able to offer my downline a free advertising co-op.When they make sales so do I.

    Good article,

Although I myself am doing very well with the RFS, I don’t think it’s completely accurate to equate it with it being a “get rich quick” program. It’s definitely possible (and realistic) to do very well with the RFS in a very short amount of time (relative to all/most other income opportunities out there), but there is still a learning curve involved.

    Anyway - just my $0.02

How does one get started in this business & what do I need to proceed.

  • Mark on February 19th, 2008 at 2:15 pm

So interested to read here. Interested to learn from someone who not only tried the RFS but then also LEFT IT?? I have promoted the RFS only for a while before I quit. I am still promoting the product (Global Resorts Network), though. At first, when I was still new and excited, I thought: what is everyone complaining about, 300 bucks a month, so what? Did these people never hear about something called “business expenses”??? What’s wrong with that? Anyway. I actually switched team, because I have converted to the good old self-branding approach. Thank God my funds hadn’t cleared with GRN, so I easily could. NOW THIS IS NEWS: Now, just recently, there is a way that compromises right in the middle. It’s a mega-professional MARKETING-PLATFORM called GRN TEAMBUILDER that is provided, but you keep to upload your own videos, audios, and a pic of yourself. So it’s like the RFS except totally different (same same but different, as they say in Thailand….) Instead of paying 300 dollars a month it’s 80 dollars a month and personally….the cost is much lower AND providing WAY more value. For starters, there is the ebook, that’s the teaser. That is already great value and rather than charging 50 dollars….something is being given away completely for free. Sure, it’s a sales-tool, but it’s at least for free and the content is very sincere and basically exposes “the 10 deadly lies” with regard to making money on the internet”. quite difficult to resist, because everybody considering this…..wouldn’t they want to learn about it? and yes, the content is great, no hype, honest facts. then, there is actually training modules contained within the website. what can I say? I was lost when I signed up with the RFS, though I must say that I did not get the fast-action bonuses. I don’t know what they are and if they would have made things any clearer, but when I looked around in that site that they call globalmentors, you know, it’s password-protected and all that, I was really disappointed. last but not least, the new platform offers what they call “virtual assistants”. it means, someone will call your leads for you. you actually have to pay them 200 bucks for every deal they close, then again, if you have ever tried to close someone on the phone….good luck. if you can do it yourself, you don’t have to use them. but the best thing is: one of the biggest problems RFS-marketers have, is that the follow-up emails that the system sends out very very often never get opened, because they end up in the spam-folder. and you can’t call them because at this point there is no phone-number and even if, this is against the very nature of what they are promising you: no calling. with this teambuilder, chances that the follow-up emails generated by the built-in autoresponders end up in the spam-folders are small, for people get information right after signing in (the ebook mentioned), so they will check it and “boom”, there you go, you have someone who will actually read the follow-up stuff. So to participate is so much lower, which is great, and they do it because they have found other ways to make money, which is fair, because it really scratches an itch and after all, you only pay if you want to and AFTER the sale is made. I have found success using a two prong attack. Instead of using the Reverse Funnel System I use the GRN Team Builder. It is a quarter of the cost and just as effective. It is less hypey and gets to the point discussing the product and the business opposed to the Reverse Funnel System that is looking to prey on the lazy and those looking for a fully automated system. I love using the GRN team builder because they offer Virtual Assistants that are very effective is closing sales for people. They walk your prospect through the WHOLE PROCESS. This system works perfect for me when I drive business oppty traffic to it. People love the free ebook and people love the straight forward approach.

I also am very good at using a retail site. This product sells itself. The product has been around for 22 years without the business opportunity attached to it. I teach and mentor people on how to find others that have lists of people out there that would be open to buying the product we are offering. It is a perfect downsell for those that cannot afford to spend 20k-30k on a timeshare. The product does save people tens of thousands of dollars over a lifetime and allows the customer to stay at four and five resorts. Trust me the product sells and it is easy to find money hungry people out there looking to offer this product to people they know.

When you combine these two strategies and the fact that Global Resorts Network offers a great product, systems that close sales, and a perpetual leverage compensation plan that is second to none. There is no need for the Reverse Funnel System anymore, these others ways are leading to mega duplication. Hopefully this answers some questions about the GRN team builder and its effectiveness. Take my 5 years experience in this industry the GRN Team Builder is better than the Reverse Funnel System.

this articles doesn’t give a clue WHAT reverse funnel system is. it only lures the reader by telling him reverse funnel makes bunch of money. i don’t think this is a scam business.

  • Global Resorts Network on March 7th, 2008 at 4:21 am

The truth is, there are alway people out there that will label every program a scam. Anyone can make money with this system if they know how to market properly, but most just get excited and join and then do nothing or try a few things for marketing and then give up. You must seek out the knowledge to market a business online and then implement it and stay consistent. Treat your business like a business not a hobby and you will be rewarded

  • Chris on March 17th, 2008 at 10:00 am

The Reverse Funnel System is not a scam. It is a system and service that cost the user 299 a month to use. You need to drive massive amounts of traffic to the site. I prefer to use the more user friendlyGRN Team Builder . That system is just as good and 80 bucks per month. Plus we are able to personally brand our website which is huge in this industry. We can tell our story opposed to someone in a lounge chair in Hawaii. The Virtual Assistants are awesome too. They close ALL our sales for us. We dont have to prospect or cold call. It is very refreshing. But the key to this is the Global Resorts Network product. It is a stand alone product that can be sold retail that has amazing value. I am not just selling a business oppty I am selling an amazing product and that is awesome. Take my 5 years experience in this industry. This is the real deal!

I tried the Reverse Funnel System and spent a lot of money feeding leads into the system without getting a penny back. In fairness I have to say that the ‘System’ is indeed very robust - it’s a great back office - but it didn’t work for me and I have no idea how to get my $50, or the $150, back because there is no way to contact the company.

The whole system creates a little confusion - what is the PRODUCT? What is the home business all about - just signing people up? The fact is that there is a great product BEHIND the Reverse Funnel System and that product is the Global Resorts Network membership. I created http://www.UnderstandingGRN.com to help people UNDERSTAND exactly what Reverse Funnel System and Global Resorts Network is all about. I hope the straight answers there save you some money!

  • Chris on March 27th, 2008 at 1:08 pm

I have been with Global Resorts Network for a while and have really started to make serious bank. I use a two prong attack. I market the product retail and as a biz oppty.

First of all retail. I was in Vegas last week as I go every year for the basketball tournament. I stayed at the Bellagio for three nites and then stayed at a Hilton Grand Vacation Club. My wife is a Diamond member so we stayed there free but we had to go through a timeshare presentation. Hilton offers a product through RCI which is similar to the product offered by Global Resorts Network through Gold Crown Resorts. Guess how much they wanted for the Hilton lifetime membership? $22,895! Plus you have to pay 800 a year in maintenance fees, plus 169 every time you book travel!

With Global Resorts the costs are 2995, NO maintenance fees, and you only pay 299-699 for travel! And you tell me you can’t sell this product?

I am doing great marketing this product to timeshare agents and travel agents as this product is the PERFECT downsell to those that cannot afford the 22k for a timeshare. It is all about giving the customer value.

I also market the business side of this by using the GRN Team Builder. To me it is WAY more effective then the Reverse Funnel System. It is only 80 bucks a month vs 299 and it employs Virtual Assistants to close my sales. Like the two that were closed while I was in Vegas! They do all the selling for you so no more prospecting cold calling etc.

This 2 pronged attack is working like a charm. You just need to be confident in your approach. Those that havent made any money here obviously arent trying hard enough!

I was always wondering what the reverse funnel system was. The people enrolled might not make money online but the founder of the system knows how to make money online. I wish I would have thought of it as my internet business. Do you think people can still make money in it?

  • Mark on May 15th, 2008 at 12:45 am

    Hi Greg,

of course you can make money with the RFS.
I am not using it, but in the end it does not matter.
Not, as far as making money is concerned. Except that I prefer to save the 300 dollars a month. But there are astonishing amounts generated every day, be it with them, or with us, the “self-branding”-way.

Yes, the Reverse Funnel System works…but only if you are marketing it the correct way. Most people don’t understand and implement the tactics that should be taught. Without the knowledge, it can be a trying (and costly) business to be involved with. Find out more below:

i dont found funnel system. You have 1 adress?

  • Chris on July 7th, 2008 at 5:35 am

I have been using Ibuzz Pro to voice blast people to my GRN sites. The reverse funnel system is not for anyone that doesnt know how to drive millions of hits to their websites. This strategy of using Ibuzz Pro to point people to a call center is working great for us. PLUS Ibuzz Pro is a great feeder program for those that cannot afford the 3k buy in of GRN, as no one balks at the $500 price of Ibuzz Pro. Call me with questions.

This venue looks like a GRN top tier rah rah center. GRN is nothing more than an MLM. Possibly on the verge of being an illegal one, because to be legal you must sell at least 51% product..not sign up others. Do the math..and based on what i’ve seen on the net… this MLM is saturated….meaning it’s run it’s course…..of course you will be able to sign up a few more people based on hype and persistent onslaught of emails and testimonials. Someone will always not do their homework and dump the $50 then the $3000..then the maintenance fee..then the monthly fee…then the admin fee…then after they sell ONE program….they have met their qualifier..and then they only have to sell 7 or 8 more to break even… Buy a lottery ticket..some have odds as great as 1 out of 4…. If you do the real math on this MLM…. I will wager that there are more current members than there are people to sell them to

  • Kim Ward on September 14th, 2008 at 10:38 pm

Saturation is truly just a myth.

The membership itself does not have maintenance fees like you stated.

I have recently moved on from Global
Resorts Network, so my reply has nothing
to do with promoting it, just pointing out
    some misinformation as a passer-by. :)

    Wishing everyone the best!

  • Doug on September 17th, 2008 at 12:40 pm

Well, the $350 a month ACCESS fee ..call it what you will…. there is an ADMIN fee, then a MONTHLY fee… and then they suggest you advertise, basically they are encouraging you to spend between 6000 to 10,000 to promote it. The web is littered with these ads. What was it that Obama said…. “you can put lipstick on a pig..but it’s still a pig”

  • Doug on September 17th, 2008 at 12:46 pm

1 Global Resorts Network Platinum Membership #2,995
1 Global Resorts Network Annual Maintenance Fee $100
1 The Reverse Funnel System (monthly charge) details $299.95
    Processing fee $125

    Total $3519.95

This is directly from their NEXTSTEP site. OHHH..and the suggestion to spend $5000 more is right behind it to advertise on the net

So tell me there is no FEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Kim Ward on September 17th, 2008 at 12:58 pm

Hi Doug, I completely understand what you are saying, I was just letting you know that there are not any maintenance fees for the Global Resorts Network travel membership.

Sometimes people are not clear that RFS is just
a system used to promote GRN, they believe you must be in the reverse funnel system to promote GRN, which is not so.

Also, was speaking in general on saturation and home based businesses.

    Hope that helps,

    Kim Ward

I have been a part of the Reverse Funnel System for over a year and thoroughly enjoy it. It is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme at all. You get out of it just exactly what you put into it. The training is pheonomenal and the pay plan is great. Who wouldn’t like $1,000 commission checks? I have heard wonderful things about the product (Global Resorts Network) although I have not had the opportunity to use it yet…I plan to very soon!
