Stork Rental Business Opportunity: Sweet Greetings

Sweet Greetings is a personalized lawn stork and all occasion yard card rental business opportunity. They offer 4 to 7 foot personalized birth, birthday and other occasion plastic lawn announcements.

How Does The Business Work?

For the birth announcement storks, when a baby is born customers call and order a lawn stork. The business labels the stork with baby-specific information, including the name, weight and length. They then deliver and setup the stork in the customer’s yard, where it’ll stay for a week.

What is Included in the Business Opportunity

Their business opportunity is available in three formats: a how-to start a stork rental e-book, a do-it-yourself kit, or from two to eight completed and ready-to-use storks.

The how-to book is 29 pages long and includes information about designing and building your own storks, starting up and marketing your business

The do-it-yourself kit and ready-to-sell storks both come with:

  • The ebook
  • All of the hardware necessary to post the stork signs
  • A StorkNestOnline.com/yourname website.
  • A yourname@storknestonline.com email address
  • Access to their message boards
  • Access to a mailing list of pregnant women
  • Support via phone and email

How Much Money Can You Make?

Birth announcement storks typically rent for between $70 and $150 per week.

  • This was a great idea and one we used with the birth of our son. It helped to communicate with the neighbors without answering the door or the phone calls. It was a good service and a value.
