One Mom's Invention: The MIO Watch

You may not know who she is, but Liz Dickinson is the creator of the MIO Watch. The MIO watch became a creation of necessity. After many failed attempts at weight loss Liz found herself going to a personal trainer. What she had learned from that turned into the MIO Watch in the end.
This amazing watch she created is the worlds first strapless heart rate meter. But that’s isn’t all the watch Liz created has. It also offers a patented calorie management system that is one of the first steps in managing your calorie intake when you’re watching your diet.
Don’t get me wrong, although it was a mother of three that make this watch you don’t have to even be female to appreciate her product. The MIO watch is a one of a kind item that anyone looking to lose weight and stay fit will find useful.
After the MIO watch was born, Liz founded Physi-Cal Enterprises giving her the chance to share it with the world. And with in the few short years that this watch has been on the market, it has grown. Physi-Cal is now recognized as a leader in the world of health and fitness innovation.

I own a MIO watch and I love it! By being able to see how many calorie I could burn when I was working out, I was able to lose 20 pounds. Also, the interchangeable watch band thing was cool.
