I have always ascertained and made the cool judjement call that, the best way to learn things, even business, can be obtained for free.
With the advent of our technological era, all one needs to do is seek out pertinant information, all the while making sure that it is Indeed a valid source.
However most applications of any proposed implementation usually display immediate results. And as long as the information is Free, it only commands a time factor to implement.
