A word of advice: be careful. Just because a template legal document is available, it does not mean that you will know how to (1) revise various clauses to better suit your legal needs, (2) revise, change, or delete sections that do not apply to your situation, (3) find potential pitfalls, or (4) negotiate terms with the other party. As always, consult a lawyer. If there are thousands of dollars at stake, it might be worth paying a few hundred dollars to have a lawyer better protect your interests.
