Inventor Gets 100 Miles Per Gallon

WFSB.com:

An inventor in northeastern Connecticut is selling an item he claims can help a car get 100 miles per gallon.

Michael Dabrowski has an E-Wheel under his car and an electro-converter in the front seat. Dabrowski said that when the wheel turns once, the motor turns four times, giving him 150 miles per gallon of gas.

He said the gas to electric converter adds 100 miles to the 57 miles per gallon his Honda Insight gets.

“We’re a 150 miles per gallon right now, which is as high as the gauge goes,” he said. With prices at the pump reaching $4 per gallon, Dabrowski said he has a waiting list for the product.

He sells the converter kits on his Web site.

  • Sounds amazing. I wonder how the car companies are going to suppress this one too? :)

I guess if we attach it to a Hummer we might get a whopping 0.5 miles per gallon – LOL

  • Wow! If this works, I would be really impressed!

Can it only be used on hybrids?

  • Sanvingdiva, from the website, it looks like it might work on any car.

  • This is quite interesting. I am not sure exactly how
it works, but any and everything we can do to increase MPG’s is beneficial not only to our wallets but our environment too.
I am looking into and testing a new fuel saving product, that is unlike ANY other additive available today. I just got back from a visit to the headquarters and was able to get a few samples of which we are testing in our own vehicles.

1st test on a 2003 Lexus with 50K miles on it shows this an increase from 19.9 to 24.8 mpg.
This is a savings after including the treatment costs of about $ .70 per gallon. Our gas is around $3.50 per gallon.

They are looking for more people to distribute and market this.

Works on ALL fuels, and 99% of all engines.
I am excited to say the least.
