In Ebay & Online Auctions, Video

A new service, called vzaar allows eBay sellers to include a video in their eBay auctions.

Just as ads with no images are now overlooked on eBay, soon ads with still images will be ignored in favor of ads with videos. Unlike pictures or slideshows, video includes audio, allowing sellers to also talk to their prospective customers and effectively pitch their offerings.

This new service displays seller feedback and bidding time left on the item right in the video, and prompts buyers to bid on that exact item – no chance of losing the sale to a competitor.

Ebay just keeps getting better and better. The only problem i see is if the customer’s internet connection is so slow that he’d be bored to death before he could see the product he wanted to buy.

Still images is still necessary .
