Mom Creates Website For Moms
Marie Davis is a stay-at-home mom and loves her job, though she didn’t always think that way. She said she never thought about being one before she had children.
Davis and her husband have made many financial sacrifices for her to be a stay-at-home mom.
Davis wouldn’t mind getting paid for the job she does but thinks six figures is a little steep. She said being a mom is payment in itself. “I think we should get a bonus. That would be more accurate,” Davis said.
Being a mom is not a job that is an easy task. Moms said compensation would be nice, but the payoff is in the love and support received from family and friends.
Stone started a Web site for moms that focus on social networking and support for other moms. She said she’s not the only mom out there and that moms need to connect with other moms.
