I appreciate the ideas, but they are the same, virtually unmarketable, non money making ideas that publications have had for years. Isn’t there anything new or is this it?

I disagree with Chris. They may not be new but that doesn’t mean they’re unmarketable.
One example would be success stories I’ve heard from women who make jewelry from their homes. Like anything it just takes dedication.
