When Scott and Pam Stewart noticed the jump in drive-thru coffee, they knew they couldn’t back down from this opportunity to create a successful business. So they went out and created Lake City, Florida’s first drive-thru specialty coffee shop, Ellianos.
If you have access to a large parking lot where a small, 500 square foot building could be placed with enough room on each side for a lane, then you might enjoy one of their franchises. Ellianos helps their franchisees from the start up process to marketing support.
Potential franchisees should have a minimum of $50,000 in cash with an overall net worth of at least $150,000. The initial franchise fee is $20,000.
