Are You a Workaholic? Take The Test!

How Do I Know if I’m a Workaholic?

1. Do you get more excited about your work than about family or anything else?

2. Are there times when you can charge through your work and other times when you can’t?

3. Do you take work with you to bed? On weekends? On vacation?

4. Is work the activity you like to do best and talk about most?

5. Do you work more than 40 hours a week?

6. Do you turn your hobbies into money-making ventures?

7. Do you take complete responsibility for the outcome of your work efforts?

8. Have your family or friends given up expecting you on time?

9. Do you take on extra work because you are concerned that it won’t otherwise get done?

10. Do you underestimate how long a project will take and then rush to complete it?

If you answer “yes” to three or more of these questions you may be a workaholic.

    According to that, I may be a workaholic. The one that really hits home is the one about friends and family giving up on time with me. I don’t have time to hang out during the week, and she’s busy with family time on the weekends.

    I don’t really think I am a workaholic, though. Just determined to do a good job at what I do.

    I am with you Angela. I own 3 company, and the business end up owning me. I work more to ensure my employees are taken care off. Odd isnt it?

    Basing from that I must be a workaholic. And I know it. :p

    It’s enough to piss some people off. Worst part about it is not showing up in a night out with friends.

    It wasnt a surprise for me to know I’m a workaholic (60 hours a week on the computer, I think any one will know he is) I also took a quiz on the site http://www.matchspecial.com/quizzes/workaholic.php that gave me a score of %85. At least I go 4 times a week to the gyme. I know Im a workaholic but hey, I like what I do, its my own my own business so why not.
