Cousins Address Paper Needs
The style that the two owners are able to bring into this business is amazing. Kelly Sharples and Sara Winnick have something to offer through their great cards. From birth announcements to holiday cares, these women are filling the needs of families with their creative selection.
These women aren’t just partners in business, they are also cousins who have been close for all of their lives. The bond between the two resemble something closer to that of sisters. Both grew up in Seattle, both are freelance designers,, both are parents and both run a business called Blue Dress Press.
They are not completely alike, of course. One woman went to Northern Arizona University, while the other went to Seattle Pacific University and graduated with a degree in elementary education. Kelly mostly works with small businesses making logos, marketing collateral and newsletters while Sara is mostly a designer for scrapbook product companies and magazines.
All together these cousins, and mothers, are able to use a specific talent to their own benefit. They’ve made a great looking business with a great looking product.
