It can help to those people who don’t have time to cook. Its nice to know that they sell small quantity of ingredients like different kind of sauces.
I will surely visit this place if they can franchise it in our place.

First question comes to mind is, how much ingredients do they have? Can they really make anything? How do they even make money when preparing something for 1-2 hours at $3.50?

To answer some of your questions Ratemyideas:
1) “you will be able to assemble the things you need to put together to create one of their pre-selected meals.” They don’t carry enough ingredients to make anything you want, just what they need for their pre-selected meals.
2) To answer your second question, if you’d read a little closer you would have noticed that is says, “$3.50 for each serving“. When people come in for a session, it’s pretty easy to guess that they would want more than one serving.
