Known very well as the place for everyone, Foster’s Grille is easily the franchise of choice for someone interested in a business that will bring together the whole neighborhood. They were also named Top Ten Fastest Growing Concepts by RestaurantChains.net for 2008. Also known for the ½ lb “Charburger”, they’re the place to go for a big juicy burger with all the trimmings. They are also very specific as to where a restaurant can be opened. Some of their specifications as to what makes the right location includes:
- A population of around 75,000 in the territory
- An average household income of $50,000 and up
- At least 50% of the population between the ages of 21 and 60
