Known very well as the place for everyone, Foster’s Grille is easily the franchise of choice for someone interested in a business that will bring together the whole neighborhood. They were also named Top Ten Fastest Growing Concepts by RestaurantChains.net for 2008. Also known for the ½ lb “Charburger”, they’re the place to go for a big juicy burger with all the trimmings. Something that will draw in all of those burger-loving customers.

Of course, that’s not all that will attract customers to one of these establishments. They also have hand-cut fries, something no fast food place could ever offer, extra-thick milkshakes and even fresh squeezed lemonade. This is a place that can make customers feel at home.

It’s also a franchise that can bring a lot of benefits to the community it builds in, and the franchisee that takes on the task. All those special traits that make this franchise so unique is bound to translate into profit.

The Franchise requirements include a minimum net worth of $500,000. Franchisees also don’t need prior experience in the restaurant business, but it is a plus. The franchise fee is $35,000 with a 5% royalty rate based on your monthly gross revenue.

They are also very specific as to where a restaurant can be opened. Some of their specifications as to what makes the right location includes:

  • A population of around 75,000 in the territory
  • An average household income of $50,000 and up
