* Find out what your customers think.
This is another measure, but this time from the eyes of the beholder. Knowing what your customers think (and feel) about your products gives you an idea of what you’d like to offer in the future. It also puts you in a position to improve on your delivery, and other business operations. So think about holding a customer satisfaction survey for a peek into their brain.
A business can be successful if it really mets the costumer satisfaction.
