Sisters Design 'Simple Salutations' With Unique Style
Started by 2 sisters, Simple Salutations offers exactly what the name says: a variety of cards from announcements to greetings or events.
Each sister has a bit of something that they are able to bring to the business. What one doesn’t have in talent, the other is able to take care of.
It is Kris who does the designing. She has a long background with Walt Disney Feature Animation. After that she went into freelance, offering her services to all kinds of businesses for a variety of reasons.
Shea, on the other hand, takes care of the business aspects of things. She’s the organizer. Her background includes a position in human resources and a job with the American Red Cross.
Besides their business, these two women are also full time mom’s. Their sons are just months short of each other in age. It also goes to show what two women can do when they put their mind to it.
