When a woman wants to go somewhere to get her hair styled and chat with people she may have gotten to know over time, so goes to a beauty parlor. When a man wants to go somewhere to get a haircut and to chat among friends, he goes to Hair Saloon For Men.

If there is one industry that you’d like to look into, and appears to be recession-proof, then that would most likely be the hair care business. No matter what, people want to go in and get their haircut. It is a necessity in life. No matter where the economy goes, you’re always going to find people looking for a decent place to get a trim. Of course, that’s only one of the reasons why Hair Saloon is so successful.

Hair Saloon is currently looking for franchisees that are interested in multi-unit franchising. This also requires potential franchisees to have the proper knowledge, management skills and finances to be able to grow a business successfully. They also offer classroom style training as well as in-store training for all owners and managers with the purchase of a franchise.

    hi,

i think the food industry is more recession proof than hair saloon?

anyway, even if this is a very good money making opportunity, the capital to start this biz is low so there will be too many competitors ou there…

Though it is true “almost everybody needs a trim”… I’ve noticed as I go about expanding my national barter company and talking to multiple business owners of different vertical markets… when people reign in the purse strings, they let all sorts of “luxuries” or non-essentials slip longer… i.e., they let their hair grow longer… maybe push it til the next oil change… ride those tires a few months longer, etc.

No business is truly “recession-proof”, but there definately are certain markets that fair better in bad times than others. I’m just very lucky that the barter business spreads the risk, so no matter what, my company is rock solid (better than traditional banks even! lol)

Anyway the idea is great, but I prefer… all man inside.. no women saloon staff. That way, can be called Hair Saloon for Men.
