Meet The Mom Behind Ball Baby Carriers

Examiner:

Kimber Tower, mom to 6 year old Belle, 3 year old Edward aka Buddy, and almost one year old Xander.

Examiner: Tell me something unique/interesting about yourself.

Kimber: I love saving money. I do a lot of couponing with my grocery shopping and save a lot of money while building up a huge food storage (which we affectionately call the “grocery store in the basement”). Just this week I spent $15 on 40 items and saved $116! I really love deals!

Examiner: What is your business all about?

Kimber: Ball Baby is really all about wearing your baby. But, there is more to it than that. While parenting changes us as people and particularly as mothers, it doesn’t mean that we need to change into frumpy jeans and get the dreaded short “mom haircut” the moment we pop out our firstborn. We’re still us, fun, funky, elegant… whatever. Parenting should just be an extension of who we are, both emotionally and (at least for me) fashionably. You’d have to hold a gun to my head to get me to wear some lame Noah’s Ark themed baby carrier, but give me a skulls and zebra print baby carrier and I’m in heaven!

Babywearing is fun. It’s hip. But, most importantly, it gives parents a way to love on their baby while getting work done. It’s how our great great great granny’s raised their kids, and look at how they turned out! We live in a busy world and we are constantly rushing to get things done. But, we still need to take the time to hold our babies, to love them before they get too old for the cuddles and love. I take my babies everywhere with me. I love it. My children have seen and done so many things from my perspective. What a wonderful way for a child to learn!
