Tapping into the inner child is important for every adult, just ask Florence Forrest.
For about four years Ms Forrest has been manufacturing soft designer toys through her home business Flying Star Toys.
“I make my products for the inner child in everyone, they are not necessarily for children who want to play with toys,’’ Ms Forrest said.
Her business will also feature in the inaugural Mathilda’s Baby Market to be held in Brisbane early next month.Forrest’s toys include felt and linen characters which she has designed from scratch. Some of her recent products include “Biscuit Bunnies’’ and “Night Night Mushrooms.’’

That is a very true statement…”adults like to play too”. A lot of adults along the way of life forget what it’s like to have fun, to play, to laugh, have a water fight, color a picture in a coloring book, etc. It’s not suprising though with the demanding live’s that us adults lead. we have work, kid’s, pta meeting’s, cooking, cleaning, bill’s, driving, car pool, sports events, etc. so we think to ourselves, i don’t have time to play, laugh, clean up the water after the water fight, i’ll look stupid at the age of 30 coloring. i say…forget what other’s see you as. i’m going on 27 and i still color in coloring book’s, my fiance and i get into tickle war’s. we need this “down time/play time” just as well as kid’s do, it keeps you young longer. Like my mother alway’s said, “you need to have responsibility as an adult, but no one ever said you can’t have fun especially when you have kid’s, grow up with them not before them! play with them, color, play with toy’s of adult or child form, you’ll feel so much better by the end of the day!

It is really a very nice toy decorative. The toys are very colorful and who ever look at the toy will surely love it!
Im sure her business is a big success.
