Web Replacing Books And Magazines In Bathroom
Never mind that people are doing work while they’re on the toilet, even casual electronics users are taking them into the bathroom for leisure use: A UK study says that 10 percent of broadband web users partake of their internet connection while they’re seated in the loo.
While another study found that 53 percent of adults take work-related phone calls in the bathroom, the new survey notes that 1 of 10 people regularly turns to an electronic device while using the bathroom in order to surf the web, finally encroaching into the one last stronghold where magazines, books, and newspapers have long been unassailable.

I occasionally use my laptop and cellphone while using the restroom, I’ll admit. With the growing trend of eReaders, I’m sure well be seeing even more people moving away from traditional books, etc.

There are really persons who cannot go to bathroom without doing something and i think it is a good idea having a web instead of books and magazines…high technology is really everywhere right now. In books, you can only have one topic to read but in web,you can do search everything you wanna know.

This is really no suprise to me. even i’ve taken a phone call or two while being in the bathroom. When i worked for a medical discount program from home during my pregnancy, i took a hot bath to help my back just about every day…and yes…i took the phone with me. it happens, you have thing’s to do…it’s called multi-tasking.
