I make my living in food. Have been for close to 30 years. Its the hardest, dirtiest, longest, most unforgiving, overregulated, hard to staff, a addiction prone persons nightmare of a business.
That said. By 2030, more people will eat out than eat at home. Cooking at home will go the way of a landline. So, as crappy as the bus is, it will definately grow as people get lazier and more time deprived.
