  • I don’t know if i would necessarily agree with renting rather then owning. most people would say that owning is better even if not until down the road. renting is usually a higher payment a month also rather then a regular loan payment.

  • for me i will spend it by start a new business like a food stand in our place and the other will be deposit on the bank for interest, great site!
