Show Your Customers You Appreciate Their Biz
Caring for your customers can be a serious competitive advantage. But you cannot claim you put your customers first until you actually do that.
The money quote does not get that way without you doing a bit of “show me the money” work.
Here are 3 things you can do today:

This was a great post. i especially like the two about: humanize and overcommunicate. while many owners or managers may feel that most thing’s should be self explanatory or that most thing’s should go un discussed…i do not agree. i don’t think that you can ever communicate too much…communication is one of the biggest thing’s for any relationship to work properly wether it be business or personal. and being human in business…that should be a given for everyone. i mean were all human…so why not make your business feel more human?

what a great post! that is a good idea it is really important to give the customers a good service, good communication to them and good relationship to them coz they are the profit of a business!
