Niche Restaurant: Hospital Food

By on January 25, 2009 in Ideas

I love to eat in hospital cafeterias, but I’ve never seen a restaurant like the hospital themed one in Riga, Latvia called Hospitalis serves food in syringes, flasks and on operating-room dishes. The doctor-owned restaurant is served by waitresses in nurse outfits.

While i can’t say that i enjoy eating in hospital cafeteria’s…i don’t care for most hospital food…i do think it would be pretty cool to go to an actual restaurant that has the look and feel of a hospital and eat there. i think it would be a fun night out on the town.
