With over 35 years of management and consulting experience in the direct selling industry, Henry will partner with the Rodan + Fields executive team working on strategic development and brand building. Most recently, Henry served as CEO of Arbonne International, a direct-selling skincare company, and was integral in driving the company’s phenomenal growth. Prior to his tenure at Arbonne, he was CEO for Mannatech, Inc. and has held various executive positions at Amway and Avon, as well as in the communications, investment and apparel industries.
