The heart of the book revolves around ways to develop a purpose statement. And that comes down to lots of soul-searching mixed with sleuthing. He asks, “Why do you do what you do? Why is that important to the people you serve? Why does the existence of your organization matter?”

That sounds like a very interesting book, something that a lot of younger people getting ready to go into college may be interested in in terms of helping them figure out what they want to be and go to college for. I think it’s very important to find a career that you not only love what you do but it also has a great purpose to it rather then just telling people…i became a doctor so i’d make a ton of money.
