Martin Lindeskog is definitely in authority to talk about mistakes that can be made during starting a business. He made a few himself and recently posted an article that may help you stray from his mistakes along your new adventure.

Lindeskog states a few mistakes he made. Make sure you write a comprehensive business plan; marketing takes time and costs a lot of money; be sure that you’ll be able to sell your business plan and get paid: all too often you sit around waiting for the check’s to come rolling in while the stack of bills get’s higher and higher. There are a number of external barriers that you may not have considered; and finally, it takes time to set up employees and get everyone on the same page as far as the business and it’s direction is concerned.

So, why would I like to do my own startup again after all that has happened? I have got a taste of the free enterprise conditions. To be able to be your own boss. Avoid the so-called “treadmill” with fixed working hours between 9 AM – 5 PM.
