While many business people may feel that the weekday are for hard work and new ideas, and the weekends are for rest and play time, you may want to re-consider how they delegate their weekday’s versus weekends.

In a recent article, it was suggested that weekends should be used for new inspiration and ideas. This is the time when your mind is more clear and your day’s are less hectic and you can actually come up with some great ideas.

Then you use your weekdays to actually put your plans into motion, use this time for moving the ball forward on the ideas you had over the weekend. This is not to say that you can’t come up with any ideas or use creativity during the week, by all means do so, but spend more time working during the week and more time on the weekend coming up with the GREAT ideas.

After all, weekends are spent out of the typical flow of work and are more relaxing and conducive for thinking of new ideas. Consider preserving your weekdays for relentless execution and then your weekends for reflection.

When do you get your best ideas for your business?
