In business we all want as many customers as we can get our hands on, it’s natural, after all our customers is our lively hood, they help our business stay a float and grow. Below are three things that a business must poses in order to obtain a large customer base.

  • A group of customers that you can identify and reach.
  • A group of people who have a problem that needs your solution in order to fix their problem.
  • A group with the desire and ability to spend their money to solve their problem.

You’d be amazed at how often new businesses or new ventures have none of these. The first one is critical, because if you don’t have permission, or knowledge, or word of mouth, you’re invisible.
